But if you haven't given them payment details or paypal account how are they making payment?

I don't know if they have or not, but they will need something to make payment. Also I am pretty sure, I haven't used paypal to recieve money in a while as paypal are very crooked, but a payment made will get notification to the recipient pretty quickly, its a card transaction so should done in a few hours at most.

It's worth checking just to be reassured.

They did not ask it, they proactively refunded me, so they need to proactively contact me for my details. It is not my problem. But I better contact me as soon as possible, I would say, yesterday was late. My patience will be over.

They are ignoring all of my emails. So I will probably ends up with zero vega and zero money.

Who knows peeto it could be due to several things or something else. It could be they've realised their mistake.

There is clearly something going on and I can't think of any real reason for their current actions, it seems to be based on delaying. Without any real honest information from RCL we can only guess. However given some of the rumours make some sense and come from people with inside knowledge I fear they may be completely or at least partially right. In which case we may be in for some bad news.

Best thing now is not let it get to us, there is nothing we can do to change their actions and it's very clear we can't make any requests or demands. We may all eventually get our vega+ and promise to never deal with RCL again, or we may all learn a hard life lesson.

Lets hope for the best.

I just received full refund, so can not say anything bad. They perhaps though I am someone else, as they think I asked for refund by myself. I can accept it, as they have probably a lot of different stuffs to take care and I can imagine there are more not so happy customers, it can happend
